The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) now requires all food service facilities licensed at a “Risk Level 3 or higher” as per the issued food service license to complete Ohio Level 2 Foodservice Food Safety Manager Certification.

  • OSU Extension has partnered with TAP Series to offer an online course which meets all ODH requirements for Ohio Level 2 Foodservice Food Safety Manager Certification. The total cost is only $150 per person and includes the online course, the proctored exam, and follow-up with ODH to finalize certification.
