The Grain Bin Rescue Workshop held on Saturday, April 22, at 9:00am is open to the public. Taught by the OSU Ag Safety Program, the workshop is designed to teach farmers, farm families and community members about the hazards associated with stored grain. At the conclusion of the classroom section, participants will have the opportunity to view the Grain Comprehensive Agriculture Rescue Trailer (CART), ask questions and stay to watch emergency personnel complete their hands-on training. Community participants are not allowed to participate in the actual rescue-training portion.
If you have previously attended a Dining with Diabetes class, don't miss this opportunity to catch up with friends, enjoy great food and learn even more ways to create healthy meals and snacks. Please RSVP to the Extension Office by callling 513-732-7070 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Hope to see you there.
