Clermont County offers nearly forty 4-H clubs! When joining 4-H, we recommend choosing a club near your home to make attending club meetings easier. Please consult the advisor of the club you are interested in joining. The advisor will inform you about club meetings and club requirements. Keep in mind attendance requirements, fees and events will vary by club.

2018 4-H Clover Award Application
The 4-H Clover Award, formerly called the 4-H Achievement Award, is an award that recognizes 4-H members, at least 8 years old and in 3rd grade to age 18, for his/her involvement in the Clermont County 4-H Program. Members earn points for their participation in 4-H club, county, district, state, national and international event and activities.
2018 Clermont County Junior Fair Youth Standards of Behavior
This form must be submitted each year with the youth's 4-H enrollment form.
Ohio 4-H Member Health History Form
Upon enrollment in a club, this form must be completed and returned to the club advisor. The club advisor will then verify with the Extension Office that the record is on file for the new member. Health history forms are retained by the club advisors in case of emergency at a club meeting or club event. If there are changes to a youth's medical history, a new health history form must be completed.
Request to Change Club Form
This form must be submitted to the Extension Office for any child wishing to change clubs.
Request for 4-H Membership Across County Lines
This form is to be submitted to the Extension Office for any child who wishes to join 4-H in a county other than the county where he/she resides.
PLEASE NOTE: This form only has to be turned in one time. It does not have to be completed annually.

Tobacco use by adults during 4-H events is discouraged and should only be done in designated areas, preferably not in view of youth participants.
Alcohol is prohibited at all 4-H events.
Honor Club Application
Honor club is the highest standard of excellence that a 4-H club can achieve in Clermont County. There are 13 requirements that are mandatory. Additionally, clubs must meet 14 of the 31 non-mandatory requirements.

Clubs can order pins for their members and volunteers to recognize them for a succcessfully completed year in 4-H or years of service to our organization.
Using the 4-H Name and Emblem
Please read this document before printing materials or ordering apparel for your club. 4-H has specific guidelines about using the 4-H emblem. The only clover image that should be used is the emblem with the trademark information in the righthand corner.

Reserving Space for Club Meeting and Events
4-H clubs can use areas of the Clermont County Fairgrounds free of charge to host club meetings. To reserve space, please complete the following use agreement(s) and reservation request form(s) for the space you need:

Return to the Extension Office to confirm your reservations. Space is reserved on a first come, first served basis.
