    What do David Letterman, Burt Reynolds, Reggie Lewis, Barbara Walters, Bill Clinton, Hank Gathers, Toni Braxton, Kelsey Grammar, Dick Cheney, and Bret Michaels all have in common? All of them have or had some form of heart disease.

     

  2. 2021 Clermont County 4-H Enrollment is Open!

    4-H Online is new and improved for 2021!  Though the layout is different, most of features are still the same. It is also more mobile friendly –so it is easier to access on a mobile phone or smaller tablet.  While youth can join 4-H anytime throughout the year, in order to be eligible to exhibit at the Clermont County Fair, members must enroll by March 15, 2021.  It’s important to note that club advisors may have established an earlier date for club purposes.

  3. Why Do You Mask Up?

    Even though we may not like doing it, we all have our own personal “What’s My Why?” that helps us think about why we should socially distance, wear our masks, wash our hands, and follow other safety guidance. OSU Extension would like encourage each of you to think about your own why and share it with others. In December, we challenge you to take a photo demonstrating a healthy practice and sharing why it’s important to you.

    4-H at Home has three new featured activities, a downloadable activity guide with 15 more hands-on projects, a Shop 4-H gift guide, special discounts and more all wrapped up for you!

    This holiday season, enjoy your extra time indoors with fun science, baking, and crafting activities.  Fizzing snow, cookie science, and a pillow that can make your dreams come true!

Two weekly email messages will be sent to you from your local OSU Extension Professional. We will review breaking the ice, breaking free, technology breaks, and rest breaks, just to name a few.

  9. Head to TSC from Oct. 7-18 and purchase a paper clover to support Clermont County camp and leadership programs

    The Tractor Supply Paper Clover campaign runs from October 7-18. Customers can purchase a paper clover at checkout from the Eastgate or Milford TSC, and 90% of funds come back to Clermont County 4-H to support scholarships for camp and leadership programs.
