1. Asian Longhorned Beetle assistance available

    Funding opportunities are currently available to landowners affected by the Asian Longhorned Beetle in the ALB quarantined areas of Clermont County through April 17, 2015.   The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is taking applications through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).   6. Register for the Timber Harvest Workshop

    Feb. 03, 2015

    A timber harvest workshop will be held March 19 from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Miami Township Civic Center, 6007 Meijer Drive, Milford.

    The workshop, hosted by Ohio State University Extension Clermont County, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources: Division of Forestry and Clermont Soil and Water District, will cover how to best approach the selling of trees to meet the landowner’s objectives.

    Clermont County has nearly forty 4-H clubs, specializing in projects such as home economics, leadership and animal science.Through individual and group projects, 4-H instills integrity, service, leadership and personal growth in youth.
