Fair Week is right around the corner, and with it comes one of the most meaningful—and fun—events of the summer: A Day in the Ring! Mark your calendars for Wednesday, July 28th at the Gibbons Arena, and get ready to be part of something truly special.
What is A Day in the Ring?
In partnership with the Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities, this inspiring event gives individuals with special needs the opportunity to experience the excitement of showing an animal at the Clermont County Fair.
Participants will learn the basics of animal care and showmanship, then step into the ring for a one-of-a-kind livestock show. And the best part? They won’t do it alone—they’ll have the support and guidance of Clermont County's 4-H and FFA youth like YOU!
Why It Matters
A Day in the Ring is more than just an event—it’s an opportunity to build connections, share your skills, and give someone the chance to experience the joy of the fair. The impact you make in just a few hours can create lasting memories for both you and your participant.
