    In celebration of America’s 250th birthday, OSU Extension Clermont County is going old school in 2026!

    Throughout the year, we will be honoring this historic milestone by highlighting four throwback recipes each month, bringing back classic favorites from the past. These recipes are a fun and meaningful way to celebrate 250 years of American history, traditions, and food heritage. Each month’s collection will take us on a nostalgic journey, connecting the flavors of yesterday with today.

    OSUE Clermont County Master Gardener Volunteers presents 2026 Spring Seminars

    What a winter we’ve experienced! As we look ahead, it’s the perfect time to begin planning for the upcoming gardening season. Join the Clermont County Master Gardener Volunteers as they share expert guidance on preparing for a successful 2026 gardening year.

  3. Clermont County 4-H Enrollment

    Jan. 26, 2026

    Ohio 4-H members participate in a variety of hands-on, fun learning and group activities under the guidance of a caring adult mentor. Project members (youth ages 8 and older and in 3rd grade) complete at least one 4-H project selected from a catalog of 200+ options. Project options include food and nutrition, sewing, leadership, STEM, woodworking, health, natural resources, livestock, and more. In Clermont County, 36 active 4-H clubs meet throughout the county, providing a wide variety of projects to choose from.

  5. Ohio SNAP-Ed Update

    Dec. 01, 2025

    Federal funding for SNAP-Ed ended Sept 30, 2025. In Ohio, SNAP-Ed programming continued through Nov. 12. Contact your local Extension office to find out what similar programs might be available in your area. You can also visit celebrateyourplate.org for recipes and other online tools.

    BIG shout out to these Clermont County Shooting Sports Members! 

    Last weekend, four Clermont County 4-H members competed in the 4-H Chuck Wurth Shooting Competition in Lima. The competition was challenging as they battled to shoot in harsh wind conditions. However, these members still came out on top!
