The Ohio 4-H Achievement Record DUE JAN. 31, 2026
State & National Campership Application DUE FEB. 11, 2026
The Ohio 4-H Achievement Record is a comprehensive record of a 4-H member’s career, accomplishments, and achievements. It is a great way to capture all the experiences they have had in 4-H, practice for filling out future job or college applications, and get a head start on applying for scholarships.
There are 27 project area categories in which to apply, such as individual animal projects, citizenship, community service, clothing, creative arts, woodworking, shooting sports, leadership, and more! 4-H members can submit multiple achievement records in different categories based on their 4-H involvement.
State winners in each category win a trip to events such as National 4-H Congress, National Dairy Conference and the Shooting Sports Teen Leadership Institute. These events encourage members to expand their skills, engage with other 4-H members, and inspire them to make an impact in their communities!

State & National Campership Application
The Clermont County 4-H Committee is accepting applications for 2026 state and national 4-H opportunities. 4-H camps and leadership trips are excellent opportunities for youth to expand their knowledge, develop new friendships, and learn exceptional leadership skills.
The 4-H Committee is providing scholarships for Clermont County 4-H members to attend a variety of different state camps and national trips. NEW this year, youth have the opportunity to apply for an opportunity not listed on the application. If they know of a 4-H opportunity they’d like to attend but is not listed there is an area of the application in which they are able to explain details of the trip and their desire to attend.
