The New Volunteer Application is now open!
Every year we recruit new volunteers to continue the work of leading youth in our community. Volunteers lead by serving as advisors, project leaders, helping facilitate club & county events, and most importantly serve as positive adult role models.

The New Volunteer Process includes (in order):
- Read volunteer position description (Program Volunteer Position Description)
- Complete application (found @top of page)
- Include three references (names & info submitted through application)
- Personal interview w/4-H Professional (You’ll be contacted by extension office)
- Sign Standards of Behavior
- Register and enroll on 4-H Online
- Complete BCI fingerprint background check
- Attend New Volunteer Training
- November 20, 2025 @6:30pm in the 4-H Hall on the Clermont County Fairgrounds
- April 1, 2026 @6:30pm in the 4-H Hall on the Clermont County Fairgrounds.

Background Checks MUST BE COMPLETED by FEB. 15! Background checks can take up to 60 days to process.
Don’t wait, apply today! Applications must be submitted by February 15.
