Fair Entry Instructions
If the exhibitor is a 4-H member use the 4-H Online sign-in option using the same log-in information you used to register for 4-H this year. FFA members who are not in 4-H should use the FairEntry Sign-In.
Also please see the instructions below on how to complete your registration in FairEntry for Junior Fair.
How to Register Animals I Fair Entry
1- Sign into FairEntry by going to www.FairEntry.com.
a. Then select Find my fair and type in Clermont and make sure the state says Ohio
b. FairEntry uses the same username and password at 4-H online.
2- Select the 2024 Clermont County Junior Fair button.
3- Select Register Exhibitor
a. Select Individual
b. Either select previously registered exhibitor OR create new exhibitor from scratch.
i. If you are selecting previously registered exhibitor, then proceed by clicking entries and got to step 4.
ii. IF you selected create a new exhibitor follow the prompts and then click continue, review, and then click continue to entries and got to step 4.
4- Click add entry
a. And follow the following boxes and then continue
5- Click on add an animal
a. Choose to enter new animal record and select from the drop-down menu and continue to follow prompts.
b. Please remember if you do not have a tag number to use X to complete the registration.
6- If you need to add more entries for the same exhibitor select add another entry or you may choose to register for another exhibitor and then repeat steps 3-5.
7- Once you are finished with the registration process click on continue to payment, then continue, then continue, make sure you select the box agreeing to the terms, then click submit.

MUST HAVE QA COMPLETED BY JUNE 01, 2024
All exhibitors in the following categories must complete an approved QA program in Ohio County before June 1 of the current year to compete at the Clermont County Junior Fair or the Ohio State Fair.
- lactating dairy cattle (cows NOT heifers)
- lactating dairy goats (goats that are producing milk, even if they are in their dry phase)
- market beef (steer or heifer), NOT beef or dairy feeder calves
- market goats
- market hogs
- market lambs
- market poultry (chickens, turkeys, ducks, and geese)
- market rabbits (NOT breeding or fancy)
