PAS (Performance Against A Standard) is a show put on for 4-H Equine Exhibitors to qualify for the Ohio State Fair. Exhibitors must meet the minimum scores, or maximum times listed for a class in order to qualify to show at the Ohio State Fair.

The Clermont County Horse Committee and Clermont County 4-H will be hosting a PAS show at the Clermont County Fairgrounds on June 14 starting at 9 am.

Cost of Registration:
- Clermont County 4-H’ers- $10 Flat Fee
- Non-Clermont County 4-H’er- $10/per class
- Stalling Fee (if needed)- $25
Exhibitors may register for a maximum of 6 classes. Registration payment due day of show.
Schedule is subject to change. PAS Committee reserves the right to cancel classes due to low entries. Classes may also be split due to number of entries.
Non-Clermont County 4-H’ers: PAS Horse Show Out of County Approval
If you are a non-Clermont County 4-H youth and would like to show at our PAS, please make sure to fill out an Out of County Approval Form. You will need to fill out, get it signed from your County 4-H Educator, and send into us to verify. Additionally, please include a completed Horse ID Form.
